Can anyone tell me any part numbers for standard twinky so I can try and source a 72/74 degree thermostat in NZ.

The thermostat for the twincam is a very common part.
Closer to home, Tridon sells TT1-160 (71 degrees) and TT1-167 (75 degrees).
Lotus Marques in Melbourne sells 71 and 75 degrees.
I use Wahler 3004.74 (74 degrees) in my Elan. This is a very good quality product.
Most Lotus parts providers sell the 74 degree thermostat.
