Hi All,
I have a rattling noise from the servo non-return valve on my Plus 2 under acceleration. I’ve got a Lockheed servo and have tried the usual suspects but can’t locate a replacement valve. My question is whether I can use an in-line valve in the flexible vacuum pipe instead and just disable the existing valve. If so is there a recommended type or will any brake valve do ? - I’ve seen simple plastic ones on VW site for around 12 pounds. Any thoughts ?

Yes,but remember it’s petrol fumes in there so be sure your “plastic” valve is not affected by petrol…
