If my knocking on tight corners is indeed the differential knocking on chassis, how should the diff be installed. I.e what’s its resting position, nothing touching the chassis etc. Thoughts and pictures welcome
See attached pics. It’s pretty close to the chassis, I think mine is 5 -10mm clear. It could be the mounting bushes need replacing or the torque rod bushes allowing movement.
Very useful, i recall i had some issues when installing the torque rods, I have order new set of cups and correct nuts, and check gap.

I have installed diffs with 2 - 3mm of clearance under the round part of the casing. 10mm clearance is massive and probably wanted at least one of the large thick washers inserted, if it wasn’t already.
