Can anybody confirm if the +2 park switch that goes to the round motor 14 W wiper motor is the same one as The MGB and Rover ones that you see all kinds of things about? I’m on my second one keeping thinking that maybe the first one wasn’t right, but I can’t get the wipers to work with the park switch wired in and properly clipped to the motor although I can independently activate the two wiper speeds bypassing the park switch. so for starters, do I have the right park switch or is there another version, picture attached but as I try to wire it in different ways to make things work,Gordon
Yes same as mini also, dont have the part at hand but i can get it for you

Hi
I am having a bit of a battle with my 14W at the moment because if I connect the park wire it blows the fuse on parking.
All the best

Somewhere I believe I read this is because a power wire is grounded out when the park switch is activated (plunger pushed in) suggesting a mixup in the wiring, that maybe the Park feed 12 V and general feed 12 volt are mixed, but it doesn’t really seem possible to mix up the wiring since on the +2 since there is a Four wire input from the dash switch terminating in the plastic plug that only fits one way into the park connector clipped onto the side of the wiper motor, which then goes to the three wires to the spade terminals (red yellow and blue) that plug into the 14 W motor. So tough to figure, Gordon.
