I think offset is the measurement of how far the hub face is offset towards the outside of the rim from the center of the rim.
So if the figures in the prior post are correct, and changing 163mm to 164mm for convenience: centerline is 82mm, less 47mm meaurement from outside, equals offset of +35mm.
Right?
And this is not the same as the small Elan, which has a larger offset. Does anyone have that figure handy? Or I could go the garage and measure the spare I supposeā¦
Thank you! I have quite a few wheels, grabbed a chrome rim one and measured the offset as 64mm, so I had better go check again as it does seem a bit large haha.
