After many years away from this forum, I am returning to seek information to help me get my 1971 Elan S4 Coupe back on the road. Presently, I need a measurement from the center of the the crankshaft at the pully to the top of the front frame crossmember. Essentially, this will provide the vertical location of the engine with respect to the frame. If possible (or reasonably accessible) I’d like the distance between the center of the driveshaft as it exits the transmission to the base of the frame (in the box section) as well. I realize that I may be asking too much for this measurement, but if you could provide I would appreciate it.
