Mine are one of the few unusable items on my car. I can’t see them on the usual suppliers list: what are my options (other than secondhand)?
Several used sets on ebay:
Yes, seen those. I could buy second hand, but is there a new/better option I should consider?
All of the usual (UK) suppliers sell replacements, search for “Diff torque rods” or “Diff torque bars”

If you don’t know already it’s worth mentioning that one pair of the Ebay rods has the chamfered hole to accept the conical locating spacer. The other pair appears not to have these.

To save people chasing their tails on this. Whilst back in the day, a conical spacer may have been used, and I have to say that I have never come across them, today, a chamfered nut is used, or should be.

Interesting both my S1’s have the conical spacers. I’ve always fitted chamfered nuts on later cars with a locknut to secure them.
I recently bought new torque bars from one of the reputable Lotus suppliers for my 26R, they were not countersunk.
They should be. Use a conical washer or machine a conical nut is up to you
