It is just me doing post migration cleanup. About 1 in 20 topics will be edited enough to be considered an update, for inclusion in the latest category. Every 30 minutes or so, I go and reset the timestamp of the topic which returns it to the right place in history. I am getting close to being finished with the post-migration clean up activity.
