Hello.

I am new to your site. Referred to you by r,d. enterprises.

I Just bought a S3.

It came with a new uninstalled convertible soft top.

However, the car does not have the convertible top metal mounting frame.

Do you have any information on how I could acquire one?

Even a used piece.

Do you think that it is possible for a convertible top installer to fabricate one?

Hi Maxim, welcome to lotuselan.net. First, tell us your location. Then post up a couple of pics of your S3.
The S3 (and S4) top frame would be difficult for the installer to fabricate. It’s unique to the car; ‘bespoke’ I suppose is the word. Your best bet is to put a request in the ‘Marketplace’ for one.
Are the two holes in the forward ‘legs’ of the parcel shelf there?
