I pre-ordered the books from Amazon in June and they were shipped on Aug 10. You could go directly to Motorbooks (motorbooks.com/) and order from them. Price is $24.95
I just got an email from amazon saying mine will be another 4 -6 weeks!
Amazon have now said its on its way!
Just got mine, new edition sold in amazon āmarket placeā for 4 pounds off the asking price, wierd!

Amazon finally delivered (postal strike and all). Can not take too much time out to read it though as I have started re-wiring my S4
