Is there a definitive reference book, still in print, covering the Plus 2?

I bought a new “Authentic Lotus Elan & Plus 2” by Paul Robinshaw & Christopher Ross. I bought it from Paul at the Stoneleigh show (he signed it, which was nice), Paul said someone was reprinting it and had given him a few to sell.
He did not say who had printed it but it says in the inside cover " Printed in Great Britain by The Amadeus Press Ltd, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire"
The ISBN number is 0-947981-95-0
The publishers are Motor Racing Publications LTD in Croydon.
