As there seems to be a bit of interest in the Plus 2 Pedal box reinforcement plate here is a diagram of my plate and some pictures of the actual plate showing each side.

Looks good. I was/am intending to do something similar but with a bit more footprint to be able to bond it in to spread the loads over the footbox a bit more
My car already had a plate similar to yours installed, though not quite as robust, as shown in the parts list.
In addition to adding a thin layer of honeycomb like material to that whole mounting area, I fabricated the column/pedal box brace that Foxie provided the drawings for here on the forum.
This attaches to the steering column bracket and the hand brake mount and adds considerable reinforcement to the whole area.
It’s nice to be “Mentioned in Dispatches” almost exactly 20 years after my original post !
