Tony Thompson have a simplified version of the internal handles listed but are Aluminium and without the folded over top.
They also have Aluminium versions of the exterior handles.
As these are made for racing versions maybe they know of somebody who has replaced the originals?

good news, I have acquired the levers (L & R)
Now looking for the latch body side and hinge please
I should have four hinges in spare. I have to check out my boxes. Could take around two weeks to find out.
