Been in the garage putting my front suspension back together after sending the wishbones off to be powder coated. These things always turn into something else and so in this case powder coating turned into, new genuine bushes, Hydraulic press to put the bushes in (always wanted one and so easy to use), ahem “yeah really babe, I need one and it’ll do for your car” (yeah right, a new fiat 500, the little bugger’s under warranty for 3 years), 4 new Timken bearings, a Bearing race and seal driver set (always wanted one), all new nuts bolts and washers, Grease nipples, a pair of stanpart trunnions and seals, a pair of upper ball joints, and some more paint. Oh and a Dad with a Lathe to make up the mandrels for the press.
Dads rule all.
