Two Questions:

  1. How do I attach my centre console (S2)? Does it attach to the dash at the front? What holds it down at the back?

  2. How do I attach the padding to the top of the console? Short wood screws from below?

the pad was glued and gravity hold the consol down.

I tremble to contradict Gary, but I recall that the pad was secured to the console by four metal tabs that extended through holes in the console and folded over, similar to a large manila envelope. It may be different from car to car, as with other things Lotus. The replacement pad I bought (RD Enterprises??) is attached with four Velcro strips. Gary is right about the gravity part, but you do need to maneuver the front edge of the console around the bottom row of knobs on the dash.
