Battery isolator switch

I am looking for a battery isolator switch that I can use to replace the bulkhead solenoid. I then intend to use the solenoid on the new gear reduction starter. The purpose is really to neatly connect the cable from the battery to the cable to the starter.
The switches I have seen would do the job but I can’t see how I would attatch it to the bulkhead.
Has anyone used one of these?

Chris.
I have mounted mine on a bracket. I put it in the boot so that it can be locked. but you could use a similar mount in the bonnet area.
I’ll PM you some pics later in the day.

I used a “FLAMING RIVER” switch. I bought it from Summit Racing in the U.S… It has a high amp rating. I do not know if it is suitable for under hood installation as it is exposed to the elements.

I have attached a photo of mine as mounted in the boot of my +2.

My battery isolator is a standard Hella type with the red plastic key (like they use in boats). It is mounted in the bulkhead behind the seats. Isolates the earth lead. It is under the speaker so you would never know it was there. Just reach back an pop in the key. It’s been there for 19 years with no problems.
