Yea I still have my Elan but I haven’t been that active here, but I still read it most days and of course drive the car. Thanks to Jeff and all for a great forum.
Hi Jeff,
A great resource for all Elan enthusiasts. Your enthusiasm and dedication is admiral as I imagine the workload must be a burden at times.
I’m a mere stripping only 20 years in!
Sincere thanks for your all your efforts over the years.
Kim
I think that is a great idea.
That means everyone has about 26 months to get their Elans road-ready.
A tour with stops at the old Cheshunt factory (which will likely be gone by 2028) where S1 & S2 cars were produced plus a tour of Classic Team Lotus can be easily arranged.
I suppose might be good to have a deadline although I’ve missed so many. Bought my S3 in 1973, drove it till 78 and then took it all apart and there it sits, yikes but that would be a good goal and thanks forum for helping with everything with the lotus, yes Jeff, thanks, Gordon
