Sorry, should have mentioned that I am in Southern California. It would be great to find alloy wheels, but even a decent set of steel wheels would help. Every one of mine is bent. Greg
I think a dimesional drawing of the floor panels was posted a while back, so worth a quick search. Trying to remember, but pretty sure it was for Plus 2.
For wheels I went with Minilites from John Targett out of Ohio IIRC. He is US distributor, and name comes up on Minilite US web site.
Thanks to everyone who replied. It looks like the boot/trunk panels won’t be too much trouble. Does anyone know if the headlight switch is still availible through parts suppliers? Where they used on anything else? Also, I appreciate the suggestion of Minilights, but will hold out a while longer. The Minilights look great, but I’m going for an original look (if possible). Greg
you could try a Uk parts supplier such as paul matty sports cars - I think they have replacement turn and pull light switches if that’s what you meant. They probably will send overseas as it is such a small item.
Also, do you still want a tracing of the boot panels? I tried emailing you via a PM but see that it didn’t leave my outbox. The boot panels are sitting under my sofa in the lounge.
Greg, did you get the dimensional drawing of the bulkhead I sent by PM? It also did not leave my outbox, so wanted to make sure you got it.
Daverollo PM’d me last Feb when I was looking for one stock Plus 2 steel wheel, and mentioned he had several. He is in Ontario. Might be worth a try. I wasn’t sure if you wanted steel or alloy stock ones.
Not sure what part of the light switch you require or type. I have the replacement part numbers available for the micro-switches from Allied Electronics in the US if this part is required. These are the ones for the Federal fail safe design with the micro-switches mounted directly on the pneumatic vacuum switch in the dash. Not sure regarding source for the vacuum portion of switch though; plan to replace with electric motors anyway.
